
- Help Start-ups Design, Develop and Implement a robust Performance Management System
- Help them in documenting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for each department in consultation with the Function Heads
- Follow through the PMS throughout the year and help monitor performance of employees in the Start-up
- Design, Develop and Implement a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for nonperforming employees
- Help them use Performance Management data in training, redeployment, increments and paying out variable pays etc.
