Subir Sinha (Founder)
Guided by the vision of our founder
A highly respected HR leader with over three decades of experience, Subir Sinha was known for his deep understanding of people, organizations, and the role of HR in building sustainable businesses. Over the course of his career, he worked with leading organizations including Arvind, Reliance Retail, Reliance Communications, ITC, HSBC, RSPL Ltd., and NetCom Learning.
Beyond the organizations he served, Subir was deeply passionate about helping businesses build strong, performance-driven cultures. He believed that HR was not merely a support function, but a strategic driver of organizational growth, and he dedicated much of his career to guiding leaders and teams toward that vision.
He founded the organization with the goal of extending this philosophy to a wider community of businesses. While he is no longer with us, his professional integrity, passion for people, and belief in building better workplaces continue to inspire and guide the work we do today.
As we move forward, we remain committed to carrying his vision ahead—supporting organizations in building strong teams, nurturing leadership, and creating workplaces where people and businesses grow together.
